News Release! 10/14/2009: Artist Coni Minneci will be giving a lecture, “Women Artists A to Z” at the Market Street Art Center Sunday, October 18th at 2pm.  Her power point lecture highlights her paintings series of the same name (currently on display at the art center) and includes imagery and interesting insight into the lives and work of  twenty-six women artists, from the 1500's to present day.  “It’s a great way to learn about artists who have, until recently, been overlooked, even dismissed, by society due to their gender,” says Joe Buczkowski, Director of the Art Center.

Coni Minneci, holds degrees in Graphic Design and Studio Arts and has served on the board of the Carnegie Art Center in North Tonawanda and as President of the Buffalo Society of Artists.  She has taught art, lectured and judged in numerous art competitions.
